Stopped in for the first time. This was really good. Delicious, crispy wings with a couple of different flavor brushed-on coatings were tasty and flavorful. Will definitely come back again.
Food: 10/10 I had the Buldak its super spicy and the taste was amazing. You can taste the delicious flavors as well as the spice.
I just had the most incredible dining experience at Bonchon, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was magnificent – truly a pleasure to be in. The service was absolutely great; attentive and friendly, making the meal even more enjoyable.
Such great food and service. I haven’t had Korean fried chicken in years and this place did NOT disappoint. I cannot wait to come back. Ann was an awesome bartender/server.
We were a party of 3 who had never been to this establishment before. We got different items so we could all try multiple items. It was all fresh and tasty, the wings, the fried rice, and the Japchae. And as tasty as the food was, what was even better was Elijah's service. He was personable, he did a good job multitasking, he was good at upselling, and he was good at anticipating needs without us having to ask. What a great employee! If we're in the area again, we'll be back.
Had an awesome experience at Bonchon in Virginia Beach! I even got to meet the owner, and he was super accommodating and welcoming. I tried the $20 all-you-can-eat drumsticks, honestly a great deal because I’m pretty sure it would’ve cost around $24 (maybe more 😂) if ordered normally and was gunning for more but the size of the drumstick was just too much even for me and I eat good too lol.
The chicken, bibimbap, and japchae were absolutely amazing—full of flavor and perfectly prepared. Jay was incredibly friendly and even treated us to a free dessert, which was such a nice touch. The service and food were both outstanding. Everything was amazing. Highly recommend this place!
I had the bibimbap! First time experience of this dish and restaurant and I was not disappointed. The food was cooked with lots of flavor and fresh ingredients. I had it with Bulgogi (thin sliced beef). Mixed it with their bibimbap sauce that they serve you on the side so you can gage the amount of heat you want to add to your meal. With very limited options I can eat while being pregnant I enjoyed this meal fully! The atmosphere looks great for a group function or even a date night.
Absolutely phenomenal. We ordered the fried rice as well as the sampler. When I tell you that the chicken was beyond crispy and flavorful, I genuinely mean it. The bulgogi fries I didn’t touch until we got home and they were still delicious! Crispy and flavorful I’m all about it. The hospitality was a phenomenal and the conversations that we had were memorable. I truly enjoyed our meal and our time. They also have free old-school arcade games to keep the kids entertained which I think is a phenomenal feature that sets this restaurant apart from others. highly recommend!!! We will definitely be going back.
